My passion for the Keto Diet Plan stems from my own personal struggle and journey to lose weight, gain energy and to feel once again good about myself. I was suffering from a binge eating disorder which after many years had started to take a huge toll on my body.
I discovered the Keto diet after failing one diet after the other. This could be simply that I wasn’t ready. No matter how much I wanted to change my eating habits and turn my life around. Whether I was in the right place at the right time, once I understood the keto diet concept I didn’t look back.
A Ketogenic diet is high fat, Medium protein, low carbohydrate diet.
The goal of the Keto Diet is to get you into a state of Ketosis where you use fat as energy as opposed to carbohdrates.
